پدیدارشناسی توصیفی از مصادیق عدم صداقت روان‌درمانی روان‌درمانگران

چکیده
مقدمه: شواهدی وجود دارد که نشان می‌دهد مردم در هر زمینه‌ای از زندگی خود با دروغ سروکار دارند یا دروغ می‌گویند و یا حقایق را پنهان می‌کنند. بااین‌حال، پذیرفتن اینکه این اتفاق در روان‌درمانی رخ می‌دهد تا حدودی شگفت‌انگیز و حتی نگران‌کننده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی مصادیق عدم صداقت روان‌درمانی از دیدگاه روان‌درمانگر در سال 1402 بود.
روش: روش مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، کیفی از نوع پدیدارشناسی توصیفی بود. جامعة آماری این پژوهش شامل همة روان‌درمانگران مستقر در مراکز مشاوره شهر آمل در سال 1402 بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری نظری در این پژوهش شرکت داشتند. 16 روان‌درمانگر نمونه این مطالعه را تشکیل دادند که برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پروتکل مصاحبة نیمه‌ساختاریافتة 5 محوری عدم صداقت روان‌درمانی استفاده شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات از روش توصیفی هفت‌مرحله‌ای کولایزی استفاده شد.
نتایج: پایایی کدگذاری از طریق توافق کاپای کوهن برای پنج محور از چهار داور، متوسط 81/0 (72/0 تا 91/0) به‌دست آمده که شدت توافق در سطح «تقریباً کامل» را نشان می دهد. یافته‌ها نشان داد، عدم صداقت در اتاق درمان گریزناپذیر است و دلایل عدم صداقت درمانگران شامل دلایل فردی از جمله؛ نقش حرفه‌ای درمانگر و دلایل برون فردی ازجمله؛ تجارب جنسی مراجع و حریم خصوصی مراجع، تجارب مرتبط با منفعت درمانی و تجارب زیسته در جامعه است.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: باتوجه‌به نتایج، روان‌درمانگران احساساتی همچون خشم، تنفر و غم را در جلسات روان‌درمانی پنهان می‌کنند و ترجیح می‌دهند جزئیات مسائل جنسی، تجارب ناخوشایند و اختلافات خانوادگی مراجعین را با آنها بازگو نکنند. همچنین عدم صداقت درمانگران معمولاً غیرعامدانه بوده و برای کمک و حمایت درمانی مراجعین است.
