چکیده
مقدمه: تبعیت از درمان، موضوعی مهم در حوزة سلامت جسم و روان است که جان افراد زیادی را حفظ می­کند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه علّی ویژگی­‌های شخصیتی با تبعیت از درمان یا میانجی­‌گری حمایت اجتماعی در بیماران زن مبتلا به سرطان انجام شد.
روش: روش پژوهش توصیفی و طرح پژوهش همبستگی از نوع مدل معادلات ساختاری (SEM) بود. 310 زن مبتلا به سرطان در شهر اهواز در زمستان 1402 به شیوه نمونه‌­گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده پرسش‌نامه­‌های تبعیت از درمان (سیدفاطمی و همکاران، 1397)، شخصیت نئو (کاستا و مک­کری، 1992م) و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده (زیمت و همکاران، 1988م) بود. برای تحلیل داده­‌ها از نرم‌افزار اس‌پی‌اِس‌اِس (SPSS) جهت اطلاعات توصیفی و نرم افزار اِیموس (AMOS) جهت ارزیابی مدل استفاده شد. روابط مستقیم با نرم‌افزار اِیموس و روابط غیرمستقیم با روش بوت استراپ نرم افزار اِیموس محاسبه شد و شاخص­‌های برازش مطلق، برازش نسبی یا افزایشی و برازش ایجازی یا تعدیل‌یافته گزارش شد.
نتایج: تحلیل­‌های الگویابی معادلات ساختاری تأکید کرد که برازندگی مدل پیشنهادی مناسب است. همچنین نتایج حاکی از آن بود که ویژگی‌­های شخصیتی و خرده‌مقیاس‌­های آن (روان‌رنجورخویی، برون­گرایی، گشودگی به تجربه، توافق‌پذیری و وظیفه­‌شناسی) از طریق میانجی‌گری حمایت اجتماعی بر تبعیت از درمان تأثیرگذار بوده است.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به بحث مهم تبعیت از درمان، به نظر مهم می‌­رسد که در جهت ارتقای این متغیر، متغیرهای مرتبط و تأثیرگذار بر آن چون ویژگی­‌های شخصیتی و حمایت اجتماعی، موردتوجه بیشتری از جانب مسئولین و سیاست­‌گذاران بهداشت و سلامت روان قرار بگیرند.
