چکیده
مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر، با هدف اثربخشی درمان فراتشخیصی یکپارچه بر آگاهی هیجانی، تنظیم شناختی هیجان و عاطفه مثبت و منفی کودکان مضطرب انجام شد.
روش: روش پژوهش، نیمه‌آزمایشی با گروه آزمایش، کنترل، پیش‌آزمون - پس‌آزمون اجرا شد. مرحله پیگیری 45روز و به شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی چند مرحله‌ای از بین کودکان مضطرب 8-12سال در سال تحصیلی 1399-1400 بود و در ادامه تعداد 30 نفر تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (‌هر کدام 15نفر) انتخاب شدند. گروه آزمایش، درمان فراتشخیصی یکپارچه اهرنریچ (2019) را در 15 جلسه 40 دقیقه‌ای دریافت نمودند، در حالی که گروه کنترل، مداخله‌ای دریافت ننمودند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل: پرسشنامه اضطراب(SCAS)، آگاهی هیجانی (EAQ-30)، تنظیم شناختی هیجان(CERQ)، مقیاس عواطف مثبت و منفی(PANAS)  بود. داده‌های پژوهش  از طریق تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر و به وسیله نرم‌افزار SPSS-26  مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
نتایج: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد، درمان فراتشخیصی یکپارچه بر آگاهی هیجانی، تنظیم شناختی هیجان و عاطفه منفی کودکان مضطرب 8 تا 12 ساله مؤثر است، ولی یافته‌های پژوهش در تأثیر این درمان بر بهبود میانگین نمرة عاطفه مثبت در کودکان مضطرب سودمند نبود.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: از پژوهش اینگونه نتیجه‌گیری می‌شود؛ توجه ویژه به  مداخلات کودکان مضطرب و ارائه آموزش‌های  لازم جهت کنترل اضطراب در کودکان که در چارچوب رویکرد مناسب باشد، (‌درمان فرا تشخیصی یکپارچه) می‌تواند آگاهی هیجانی، تنظیم شناختی هیجان و عاطفه مثبت و منفی کودکان مضطرب را بهبود بخشد. در نهایت با توجه به یافته‌ها می‌توان درمان فراتشخیصی یکپارچه را به عنوان درمان مؤثر در مداخلات کودکان مضطرب به کار برد.
