چکیده
مقدمه : هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین اثربخشی درمان فراتشخیصی یکپارچه بر تنظیم هیجان، تحریک‌پذیری، تاب‌آوری و نگرانی در مبتلایان به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر بود.
روش : طرح پژوهش تک آزمودنی با خط پایه چندگانه (ABAB) و پیگیری یک ماهه بود. جامعه آماری افراد مبتلا به اضطراب فراگیر مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک آروین در تهران، در سال 1401 بود و از این تعداد 3 نفر به شیوه نمونه‌گیری داوطلبانه در دسترس انتخاب شدند. تعداد 12 جلسه درمان فراتشخیصی یکپارچه (UP) روی آزمودنی‌ها اجرا شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها عبارت‌اند از: مقیاس 7 سؤالی اضطراب فراگیر، پرسشنامه تنظیم هیجان گراس و جان، پرسشنامه تحریک‌پذیری، مقیاس تاب‌آوری و پرسشنامه نگرانی ایالتی پنسیلوانیا. برای تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها از فرمول درصد بهبودی، اندازه اثر کوهن، اندازه اثر PND، تحلیل دیداری درون موقعیتی و ترسیم دیداری استفاده شد.
نتایج : نتایج تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های پژوهش نشان داد، درمان فراتشخیصی یکپارچه موجب بهبود متغیرهای پژوهشی شده است به‌گونه‌ای که درصد بهبودی کلی اضطراب فراگیر در هر سه آزمودنی به ترتیب 58%، 55% و 57% بود و این میزان در پیگیری یک ماهه نیز ثابت ماند.
بحث و نتیجه­ گیری : نتایج تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها، حاکی از اثربخشی درمان فراتشخیصی یکپارچه در تنظیم هیجان، کاهش تحریک‌پذیری، افزایش تاب‌آوری و کاهش نگرانی در آزمودنی‌ها است. این درمان می‌تواند به‌عنوان آموزش برای توان‌بخشی و ارتقای کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به اضطراب فراگیر به کار رود.
