چکیده
 
مقدمه: رضایت زناشویی مهم­ترین و اساسی ­ترین عامل پایداری و دوام زندگی­ مشترک است و آموزه­ های اسلامی، راهنمایی مطمئن برای ازدواج پایدار و رضایت­بخش خواهند بود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر بخشی بسته­ آموزشی غنی­ سازی زندگی زناشویی برمبنای آموزه ­های اسلامی بر رضایت ­زناشویی زوجین انجام شده است.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه تجربی با گروه آزمایش، کنترل و طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون با پیگیری دوماهه بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، زوجین مراجعه کننده به دو مرکز مشاوره در شهر تهران بودند که 40  زوج به روش هدفمند انتخاب و به دو گروه آزمایش(20 زوج) و گروه کنترل(20 زوج) به صورت تصادفی جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایش، مداخله هفتگی را به شکل گروهی در 12 جلسه حضوری، 12 جلسه غیرحضوری و 3 اردوی آموزشی دریافت کردند. هر دو گروه در سه مرحله پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری به وسیله پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی انریچ مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون های ناپارامتری ویلکاکسون و من ویتنی تحلیل شد.
نتایج: نتایج نشان داد تأثیر مداخله برنامه غنی­ سازی زندگی زناشویی برمبنای آموزه‌های اسلامی بر رضایت زناشویی و زیرمقیاس‌های رضایت زناشویی، ارتباطات، حل تعارض و  تحریف آرمانی در زوجین گروه آزمایش به نسبت گروه کنترل معنی‌دار بوده است(002/0>P). آزمون پیگیری نیز نشان داد، اثر آموزش ماندگار و معنی­ دار بوده است(001/0>P).
بحث و نتیجه ‏گیری: با توجه به نتایج مطالعه، استفاده از بسته آموزشی غنی­ سازی زندگی زناشویی برمبنای آموزه‌های اسلامی که یک برنامه مداخلاتی متناسب با ملاحظات فرهنگی است، می تواند در افزایش رضایت زناشویی زوجین موثر باشد؛ بنابراین، مشاوران و روانشناسان می‌توانند از این بسته آموزشی در مداخلات خود برای افزایش رضایت‌ زناشویی زوجین استفاده کنند.
