چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: چاقی یک وضعیت التهابی سیستمیک است که  با بسیاری از بیماری‌های مزمن در ارتباط نزدیک است. لذا، هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین تأثیر چهار هفته تمرین هوازی، محدودیت کالری و مکمل‌دهی ویتامین D بر غلظت سرمی عامل نوروتروفینی مشتق شده از مغز (BDNF) و ترکیب بدنی در زنان مبتلاء به اضافه وزن و چاقی بود.
مواد و روش ها: 40 زن داوطلب (با 50-30 سال سن و شاخص تودۀ بدنی 35-30 kg.m2) به‌طور تصادفی در چهار گروه همگن (تمرین هوازی: AT، تمرین هوازی با محدودیت کالری: AT+CR، تمرین هوازی با مکمل‌دهی ویتامین D: AT+VD، تمرین هوازی با محدودیت کالری و مکمل‌دهی ویتامین D: AT+CR+VD) تقسیم شدند. تمام آزمودنی‌ها به‌مدت یک ماه و سه روز در هفته تمرینات هوازی در آب را با شدتی بین 85-55% ضربان قلب ذخیره شرکت نمودند. ترکیب بدنی افراد و نمونه‌های خونی قبل و بعد از دورۀ تمرین جهت بررسی سطوح سرمی BDNF  جمع‌آوری گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های ANOVA یک راهه و پس تعقیبی بونفرونی در سطح معنی‌داری 05/0 بررسی گردید.
نتایج: تغییرات شاخص‌های ترکیب بدنی در تمامی گروه‌ها کاهش معنی‌داری نشان داد (P<0.05). همچنین، میزان تغییرات BDNF در میان تمامی گروه‌ها نسبت به حالت پیش آزمون افزایش داشت، در حالیکه این افزایش تنها در گروه ترکیبی –AT+RC+VD-  از لحاظ آماری معنی‌دار بود (P=0.012).
نتیجه گیری: احتمالاً ترکیب تمرینات هوازی با محدودیت کالری و  ویتامین D به‌دلیل دارا بودن اثرات تجمعی نسبت به هر یک از متغیرها به تنهایی، روش درمانی مؤثرتری جهت بهبود شاخص‌های ترکیب‌بدنی و BDNF در ارتباط با چاقی باشد.
