چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: درد تجربه ای فراگیر و آزارنده است. دردهای عضلانی- استخوانی شیوع بالایی در جوامع مختلف دارند. تشدید یا بهبودی درد علاوه بر جنبه های زیستی با عوامل روانشناختی نیز مرتبط است. هدف پژوهش حاضر تدوین الگویی ساختاری از روابط بین سبک زندگی سلامت محور و درماندگی با خودکار آمدی درد در بیماران مبتلا به دردهای مزمن بود.
مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی، از نوع مقطعی است و برای بررسی رابطه ها از روش معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. جامعه مورد نظر شامل بیماران مبتلا به دردهای مزمن شهر نجف آباد در تابستان 1399 بود که به تعداد 384 نفر طبق جدول مورگان و به روش در دسترس نمونه گیری آن انجام شد. داوطلبان به پرسشنامه های، سبک زندگی سلامت محور (HPLQ، 1988)، درماندگی آموخته شده (LHQ، 1988) و خودکارآمدی درد (2007،PSEQ ) پاسخ دادند. جهت تفسیر داده ها از نرم افزارهای 23 SPSS وAMOS  استفاده شد.
نتایج: سبک زندگی سلامت محور و خودکارآمدی درد، ارتباطی مثبت و قوی با هم داشتند. از طرفی درماندگی آموخته شده با هریک از شاخص های مذکور ارتباط منفی داشته و از نقش واسطه ای برخوردار بود (05/0>P). به طور کلی، مدل تحقیق دارای برازش مطلوبی بود و ساختار عاملی در نظر گرفته شده برای آن مطلوب بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: بهبود سبک زندگی سلامت محور با کاهش درماندگی و بهبود خودکارآمدی درد همراه بوده و می تواند به عنوان راهکاریی روانشناختی در جهت درمان بیماران در کنار درمان های پزشکی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
