The aim of present study was to examine the relationship between Internet use with mental health and quality of life in high school students. All the high school boys and girls in 8th and 15th Tehran regions were selected as statistical population from which 736 students were selected as a sample to study. Young Internet Addiction Scale Short Form of Anxiety, Depression and Stress Scale (DASS-21) for children, and Personal Wellbeing Index - School Children. 2nd Edition (PWI-SC), were administered and following results were obtained. High internet use were correlated with higher scores in anxiety, depression and stress in students , and lower scores for quality of life. Girls were using more internet at high school first grade in comparison to boys, while boys of pre university were using more internet than girl students in the same grade.
